My name is Christina and I'm the Creative Director here at WhinyBean. Just in case you're curious about some of our whinybean characters and their history.. you came to the right place.We launched with four main characters:
Yoyo Ninja, Cherry, Ginacolada and Jasmine.
These characters are modeled after my favorite people. You might even know them or walk beside them on the streets of Manhattan. They continue to be my source of inspiration and my closest friends. You might ask if they mind that I dress their avatars in cute onesies and put them on tee shirts? Hmm.. maybe just a little :) but they're cool with it.. I hope..
The Yoyo Ninja as his name suggests is a sly ninja with really cool yoyo tricks. The baby version of YYN is just learning but you can see him get better with every trick he learns.
Cherry is just a very curious bean. She won't back down from a challenge and will try to conquer any obstacles. As seen in our "Uh Oh" tee she gets swept away by the yellow balloon but she always finds her way back.
Ginacoloda loves lounging on the beach and baking treats for her friends.
Jasmine always attracts company. She's usually annoyed at first but eventually befriends them.
